7-8pts: Includes essential knowledge about the topic. Subject knowledge appears to be good.

4-6pts: Includes essential information about the topic but there are 1-2 factual errors.

0-3pts: Content is minimal OR there are several factual errors.

Organization

7-8pts: Project is well organized, makes use of headings, visuals aids; Organization makes logical sense to the reader.

5-6pts: Project is organized, makes use of some form of headings and visuals aids; Organization somewhat makes logical sense to the reader.

3-4pts: Project is somewhat organized, has headings and visuals aids but are unclear; Organization is confusing to the reader and is hard to follow.

0-2pts: Project lacks apparent organization, lacks headings and visuals aids; lack of organization makes it difficult for reader to understand content

Professionalism

5pts: Interactions between group members are professional; on-task behavior is evident 95% of the time

4pts: Interactions between group members are mostly professional; on-task behavior is evident 85% of the time with students back on task after 1 reminder

2-3pts: Interactions between group members are somewhat professional; on-task behavior is evident 70% of the time with students back on task after 2 reminders

0-1pt: Interactions between group members are unprofessional AND/OR little or no on-task behavior even after 2 or more reminders.

Attractiveness

5pts: Makes excellent use of font, color, graphics, and visual effects to enhance the project; is appealing to the reader's eye

4pts: Makes good use of font, color, graphics, and visual effects to enhance the project; is somewhat appealing to the reader's eye

2-3pts: Makes use of font, color, graphics, and visual effects, but occasionally these detract from the project's content; causes reader to have little interest in the content of project

0-1pt: Use of font, color, graphics and visual effects but these often distract from the project's content; causes reader to have no interest in content of project
