Student was completely out of welding dress code.

Student was incompliance with most of the welding dress code without any. 2-5

Bevel Plate fit-up incorrectly (air pockets between backing strip and bevel plate, gap under 1/8 or above 1/8 in width)

Bevel Plate fit-up properly the wrong size backing strip or wrong gap size.

Bevel Plate was fit-up correctly using the appropriate backing strip and 1/8 gap spacer.
