Time on Task
|
The student is ALWAYS on task and does not participate in off-topic conversations.
|
The student is on task MOST of the time and rarely participates in off-topic conversation.
|
The student is on task SOMETIMES and sometimes participates in off-topic conversation.
|
The student is NEVER on task and participates in off-topic conversations.
|

Preparedness
|
The student is always on time and has all materials for class ready including his/her homework.
|
The student is on time most of the time and rarely forgets materials for class or homework.

The student is tardy a lot of times and sometimes forgets materials for class and/or homework.

The student is never on time. When he/she finally arrives he/she tries to disturb the class. He/She forgets materials for class and homework.

|
The student is always working on classwork during the allotted time and keeps the conversation centered around the assignment.

The student is always working on classwork during the allotted time and sometimes participates in off topic conversation.

The student needs to be reminded several times about what they should be doing.

The student does not participate in classwork and/or disturbs others from completing theirs.
